What to Expect on Your First Visit
On your arrival our friendly staff will help you in completing registration paperwork, including new patient forms and insurance information, if any. Once you have completed all the required paperwork, a dental assistant will gather your medical and dental information so that one of our dentists may perform a complete new patient dental examination.
After your first appointment is complete, Dr. Hill-Johnston and Associates may discuss suggested treatment options if there are any problems, and otherwise tell you when you should make an appointment for your next dental cleaning and regular exam. If treatment is required you will have a consult with our treatment coordinator and appointments will be booked for you in order of priority with your overall health in mind. Your regular dental cleanings and examinations will be based on your needs.
In an effort to accommodate you, our dental office accepts payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Interac (debit). If you have any questions about our payment methods or if you’re not sure if your payment method will be accepted, please ask our staff at your next visit, or give us a call today.
At Stone Road Dental, we believe everyone should have access to quality dental care. Ask our staff for information about flexible payments plans for dental procedures.
Our staff is also more than happy to help you determine if your insurance company will cover your dental treatment. We’ll also file your insurance claims for you, although we do require same-day co-payment for services rendered.
Reschedule / Emergencies
If you have a dental emergency, please call our dental office right away. We keep emergency flex-time available, so our team is usually able to help you right away if you need immediate attention.
At Stone Road Dental, we reserve each time slot especially for you so we can provide the utmost personal care. Your scheduled time is valuable. Our schedules are often efficiently booked to accommodate our many clients. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we are more than happy to find an alternative date for you. Please provide us with 2 business days notice to avoid a short notice cancellation fee.
