Stone Road Dental

Our Financial Policy

At our dental office, we prioritize your financial comfort alongside your oral health. We strive to make dental care accessible by offering flexible payment options. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit cards, and personal checks for your convenience. Additionally, we understand that some procedures may require financial planning. On select procedures we offer financing options with a 50% down payment and up to 4 monthly installments thereafter. Our goal is to ensure that you can receive the necessary dental treatments without unnecessary financial stress. Our friendly staff is here to discuss these options and find the best solution for your needs.

For those patients who have access to dental benefits, it’s important for you to understand your policy because it helps you make informed decisions about your dental care. At our office, we prioritize your dental health needs above all else. While we will submit to your dental insurance and can help you navigate the coverage details, we are primarily focused on providing the best possible care tailored to your specific needs. This means our treatment recommendations are based on what’s best for your oral health, not solely on what insurance covers.

Dental insurance plans can vary widely in terms of coverage, deductibles, and limitations. Knowing the specifics of your plan allows us to work together to plan your treatments effectively. If you have questions about your insurance, we’re here to assist you in understanding it, but ultimately, our goal is to ensure you receive the most appropriate and beneficial care for your dental health.

By being knowledgeable about your insurance coverage and actively participating in your treatment decisions, you can make choices that align with your oral health goals. Please feel free to ask any questions you have about insurance or your treatment plan, as we’re dedicated to providing you with exceptional care and clarity throughout your dental journey.

Cancellation Policy

To maintain efficient scheduling and accommodate all our patients, we kindly request a minimum of 2 business days’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. To help you remember your appointments, we send reminders two weeks and two days prior to your scheduled visit. Please keep us informed of any changes to your contact information, so we can continue to provide you with excellent care and timely reminders. Your cooperation ensures smooth communication and helps us deliver the best possible service to you.
